Mary ( Katie)'s Story
I live in Wake Forest, NC with my husband Tom. Have lived here for 26 years. I am a nurse but after a career of almost 40 years of being in the medical field I decided to try out the antique business. I presently have booths in a large antique mall in Tennessee. at was a challenge. We can see snow capped mountains in the winter and birds singing and other critters also. Maybe we will retire there ????? I have three grown children and two granddaughters that live less than an hour from us. I also do volunteer work for causes I believe in , Habitat for Humanity and others. I enjoy making furniture out of barn wood and other found objects that people want to discard. So, that's what I am up to now.
